Summer Schedule for Residence Halls
Students residing on campus this summer will live in East Hall, assuming all necessary permits have been obtained by then. Depending on the number of such students, residents will be assigned to rooms on one or two floors to minimize costs for the College. West Hall will be closed all summer.

East Hall will be open from 9 a.m. on Sunday, June 5, to 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 13. The periods of May 22 through June 4 and August 14-26 will be devoted to cleaning and repair. Summer housing agreement forms are available from Katherine O'Keefe in the Student Accounts & Records (StAR) Center.

As a reminder, there will be no food service at Olin during the summer months. The Trim Dining Center at Babson will be open.

360 Feedback Surveys
Some of you may have received an email form Hilary Ziven with a link to a 360 Online Survey requesting feedback on Administration and Finance Division employees. When you receive the email please click on the link provided to begin the survey. (Note if you are not comfortable providing feedback for the employee requested you may opt out of the survey once you click on the link provided.) In general the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Hilary Ziven has worked with Olin on a number of initiatives through the President's Office and the Office of Innovation and Research. Most of you know that Hillary has helped Olin with the annual organizational health survey. The College has requested her assistance with the 360 feedback process; it is very common that an outside consultant aids an organization with implementing and ensuring privacy of the survey and results.

We are currently conducting developmental reviews for all Administration and Finance Division staff members. This is a pilot program that will include 360 Feedback Surveys for all employees. Your assistance in this valuable review process is important. Please contact Pat Berardi with any questions or concerns.

Financial Services Needs Your Packing Slips
Please make sure to attach packing slips (the paper listing the contents of a package received from a vendor) to the related Check Request. The college auditors look for these as verification that goods have actually been received. Packing slips are often lost because the person receiving the package doesn't prepare the check request. If this happens to you, please make sure to forward the packing slip to the proper person. Financial Services appreciates your help.
